	Delaware County Register of Wills & Clerk of Orphans' Court Online Services

	Welcome to our online services portal! At this time, our site provides two online services. Online Marriage Applications: This provides our constituents the ability to submit on-line marriage applications to the Clerk of the Orphans’ Court. You will then appear at our office to complete the application and receive your license. Completing the application on-line allows you to expedite your visit to our office. Online Pre-entry of Petition for Probates: This provides attorneys, or those proceeding without an attorney, the ability to complete a pre-entry of Petition for Probate. This allows you to submit information to the Register of Wills Office for your Petition for Probate to expedite your visit when you appear to complete the Probate process. You can click on the buttons on the right to begin either of these processes. NOTE: Don’t worry if you submit your information and find that something needs to be changed as changes can be made at the Clerk of Orphans’ Court/Register of Wills office prior to the marriage application or Petition for Probate being finalized.
